cant recover account with no recovery email/phone number

im really just trying to understand why your support is soo shit, ive been trying to get my email back for years but im refused service because i dont have access to my recovery email/phone number. the only support i get is to talk to a robot so they can tell me to use the recovery tool which does nothing in my case, my account has been locked for years and i have not heard a single word back from Microsoft on how to go about fixing this
