can't remove my university account

I can't remove my university account from the Microsoft Authenticator, I don't have the "Delete account" option

I am no longer a student, so the account is inactive. I cannot remove it from my personal account, which is active. Every time I go to delete the account online, I don't have the option to only delete the inactive uni account, only my active personal one. I don't know what to do in this situation.
