Locked out of microsoft account via microsoft authenticator

Hi,

I recently got a new phone and had to log back into my work application to see my schedule. The problem is that I've also been logged out of the Microsoft Authenticator app, so I can't log back into my work account. Every time I try to log back into my account on Microsoft Authenticator, it tells me to fill in a code, but I don't have my old phone to do so. Is there any way to resolve this?
