I’ve got a new phone, now Authenticator doesn’t work

I recently got a new phone, and transferred everything over from the old phone. However, now when I try and log in to various work and educational accounts it will ask me to input the code in Microsoft Authenticator but won’t give me a pop up or anywhere to type said code in. So in other words I cannot access my work or University account. How do I fix this?
