After upgrading to iOS 26.0.1, I can no longer access Teams of Outlook from my phone

Hi
I upgrades to iOS 26.0.1 and since then I can not log in to Outlook or Teams from my phone. I get log in options of Scan QRcode or Security key. I don´t know how to log in with those opitions?
I have tried to use authenticator, but it says no log in options are available.
Can you please help?
