The bad service of Microsoft Azure; I was charged over €1300 while only testing, and despite many attempts, I have not received a refund.
What makes this worse:
Your website promises “Free”, but hidden costs appear.
You promise a reply within 3 days, but I never got one.
Support sends me in circles with no solution.
Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, AWS do refund these unexpected test costs and support developers fairly. Azure does not – and this breaks trust.
Please fix this,

For this, I would reach out to the billing team at Azure so they can look into this further for you. You can create a support request with their billing team via this link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/
You can do this through your Azure portal when you sign in here: https://portal.azure.com
You should be able to see an option to create a support request at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
You should be able to select billing and speak to someone about the charges on your account.
