MFA access in Authenticator to B2C Tenants is lost with no link for support to MS to reset

I have several B2C Tenants and while moving to a new phone non of the tenants Authenticator registrations have successfully migrated. I now have no way to receive the MFA request when logging into those B2C tenants from Azure to conduct admin within them.
The app mentions 'contact microsoft to assist' but when trying to register a support request all links and suggestions are dead ends with none going to support.
How do I contact support to get help?
