Why can’t I access my work account

I just got a new phone and ever since. I haven’t been able to log into workday, an app that dicks sporting goods requires us to use and have the Authenticator for.

I need to use Workday for my pay, clocking in, and clocking out, and more. But every time I try to sign in, I get a message saying “you cannot access this right now.
