I can't change my pin because it will not accept my keyboard or the on screen keyboard

So my computer suddenly killed my Windows Hello facial recognition and says I have to set up a PIN (I have a pin). But when I get to the set up a pin screen, the keyboard won't work. Neither will the onscreen keyboard. What?

For the Windows Hello issue, you could try to uninstall, run updates on the entire machine then try to reinstall it. You should find it under Settings->System-> Optional Features and search for Windows Hello. Once uninstalled check for any updates and then restart your machine before reenabling Windows Hello.
