How can i get the 30 day period removed so i can access my personal information

i got this message: This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 10/30/2025 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.
On 9/30/2025 you requested that your security info be replaced. i would like a solution on who to contact to get this removed ASAP so i can fix my personal settings. the only problem is the old phone number that is connected to the account is no longer active. please help me.
