help logging into multifactor Authenticator App

when i try to log into the Authenticator App, It says "Account Not Added

Your organization does not allow you to add your account to Microsoft Authenticator.

I have the app on my phone, it says to put in One-time password code, i do not know where i do that from, any support would really help me as we need to have the multi factor authenticator app working before i can do my job.
