Autenticator app

So i switched phones, forgot to register the new phone with the old phone and now im stuck in a loop of not getting logged in...

For my new phone i need to login the account but my account has a no password, so i need to have the code on the autenticator app to acces my account. but i can not log in in the autenticator app.

so im stuck in a loop of not getting logged in or getting a code on my phone.

when i try to acces my account with SMS code it wont go through because my account is locked now.

so what now? i can not get any help from microsoft because you need to be logged in for that.
