How can I regain access to my Azure tenant after losing access to the MFA code as the administrator?

I can sign in to my Microsoft account using my password, but I cannot access a specific Azure Active Directory tenant because the Microsoft Authenticator app no longer contains the corresponding account, and I cannot generate a valid MFA code.

I do not have any alternative authentication methods (such as SMS or backup email) configured for MFA. As a result, I am currently locked out of the tenant that contains an active Azure subscription and resources.

Please assist me in resetting MFA or restoring access to this tenant.
