I've lost access to my authenticator accounts.

So I reset my phone a while back and when I logged back into my authenticator all of my accounts were gone. I needed to use authenticator for one account in specific and im wondering if there is any way for me to retrieve this? I cannot add it manually because i have forgotten the password associated with it.
