How i can reset my account in 365 if my authenticator doesn't work? I am stuck in a loop

Hello

I am having a problem accessing my account, stuck in an endless loop after i have formated my phone and the authenticator stopped working.

How i can reset everything? The problem is that i try to, but get a message that my email doesn't exist. But i normally pay my subscription. I was trying to get help via phone, but with no luck as the automatic system doesn't undestand my domain.

I am the only admin of my account.
