How to force an account to be removed out of the Microsoft Authenticator app?

I was attempting to add my work information to my microsoft authenticator app and long story short, i did it wrong. When i went to try to remove it so i could start all over again. I did not have the option to remove it. What do i need to do? I can't restart the entire app as i have my school log in, but if that is what i need to do then i have no other choice.
