Authentication App not showing code

Hi,
I received my Microsoft Entra ID in the format (---_gmail.com#EXT#@---.onmicrosoft.com). I tried logging in with this ID on account.azuredatabricks.net to make my other email ID an admin.
However, I’m facing an issue - my Microsoft Authenticator app is not showing the code, even after I scanned and registered this account in the app. Each time I log in with this ID, it asks for a verification code from the authenticator app, but no code is generated.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this?
