We have 8 Surface Go 2 that no longer charge. They have been unused for several weeks and the batteries have discharged completely. When connected, the battery indicates that it is charging but remains at 0%. We have run a diagnostic and the battery is in good condition, capacity of 90% and more. We have reinstalled Windows without success. We want to do a bios update but this update requires a battery % of 40%. Do you have a solution to offer us? The problem is the same on all 8 tablets. Thank you

Sounds like you need to open a support case with Surface for Business (assume that if you have 8 of these, you are in a business/enterprise environment.
