Evening,
My wife and son are trying to restore a backup of their codes in Authenticator on a new iPhone. The biggest issue is when it asks for the last 4 digits of their mobile number (which we have), it just keeps on failing on the text verification (see attached image). My wife has the same issue but she has MFA enable, we can pass the backup email check but then 2nd part is verify via the text message and we have the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated as there seems to be no helpline for this.

No use as it just tells you look the web pages. Have decided to abandon hotmail/outlook and switch everything to gmail.
