I'm trying to access my Microsoft authenticator. Phone was restore to factory setting and all is gone.

• 2FA was set up
• Password still the same and able to retrieve it
• I have access to both my phone and my back up email address
• however, the sms is unable to send out.

I've tried different phones, different network, different computers but all failed.

I've chatted with Microsoft, and they referred me to here.

Please advise, thanks!
