AUTHENTICATOR NOT WORKING AFTER IPHONE 17 PURCHASE

I received my iPhone 17 yesterday, and transferred everything from my iPhone 11.

today, I have tried to access my work emails and work teams account, and I cannot get into them. Everytime I get the “code” to put into authenticator, no push notifications appear. I can’t access them via my computer either because I still need authenticator to get in. The 3 apps do not appear under “notifications” in the iPhone settings either.

it looks like a lot of people are having this issue - has a workaround been figured out, or a timeline on when this issue will be resolved?
