Can't access my Small Business 365 Account due to Mircrosoft Authenticator

I'm the sole proprietor for my business, and the only user of my Microsoft 365 Small Business plan. I recently swapped phones, and no longer have access to my Authenticator app, and I can no longer log into my business email on any of my devices because I can't get my authenticator code.
How can I fix this? Who do I call? Why is this so painful to remedy?

2025-09-25T15:58:03.77+00:00 Hello anybody? I feel like I've wasted money on my subscription and should have just went to Google's business suite at this point. If this doesn't get solved this week somehow I will be forced to purchase a subscription to googles business suite and transfer my DNS records just to have access to my business email again.
