Azure won't stop spamming me with Trusted Signing emails

I have failed verification a few months ago and did not bother to resubmit a document, so I deleted the entire resource and the account no longer has any resources, yet I am still getting this email almost on a daily basis.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A. Please could you confirm whether you've followed all the steps mentioned in the below for deletion .

Navigate to your Trusted Signing account in the Azure portal.

Confirm you have the Trusted Signing Identity Verifier role.

From either the Trusted Signing account overview page or from Objects, select Identity Validation.

Select the Identity Validation request that needs to be deleted. Select Delete on the top.

A blade opens on the right hand side and lists the number of associated accounts and shows the certificate profiles linked to this Identity Validation.

Ensure you have read permissions at the subscription level or on all trusted signing accounts to verify the usage of the current identity validation request across all certificate profiles.

Select Delete, if you wish to continue with the deletion of the certificate profile. A deleted Identity Validation request cannot be recovered.

Thank you for the reply but your steps don't apply in my case because I already took them before.

I do not even have any resource on my account. It was my only resource and I already deleted it long ago. The account is basically empty. This is an annoying bug.

Unbelievable. I'm still getting those emails almost daily.

I can't do anything. If I want to contact support, I have to pay for a subscription. What am I supposed to do???
