When a document is saved, it appears that my indexing multiplies involuntarily. Instead of one copy I have numerous. Makes it difficult when making corre.

word document is multiplied involuntarily. I do not have anything to add. The problem is a multiplication of saved information on the documents

    Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions so I can understand your issue better:  

    • Is your account a personal account (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail) or a work/school account (typically associated with a domain name like your company or school)?  
    • Does the document multiply its content when you save it, reopen it or at random times? 
    • Is it affecting one document or multiple? 
    • Is this happening in Word desktop, web or mobile? 
    • Is the document stored locally or synced via cloud (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint)? 
    • Can you provide a screenshot of the issue (make sure to hide your personal information) if possible?
