Authentication methods missing in Entra

https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info shows all 5 of my registered authentication methods but Entra shows none (just blank). Entra authentication methods was previously populated with all 5 of my authentication methods (mirroring https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info) but something changed recently and I now keep getting a very annoying popup informing me that I have no authentication methods, which I simply acknowledge and then it allows me in anyway.
