    Hi @Deborah Hicks

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

Please refer that this forum is a public platform. To help protect your privacy, we’ve updated your post to remove your organization’s domain name. In the future, we kindly ask that you avoid including personal or organizational information when posting errors or screenshots, to ensure your data remains secure.

I truly understand you're having difficulty signing in with your email address and seeing a message that says your account from identity provider live.com does not exist in the Wellness tenant and cannot access Office 365 SharePoint Online.

To better assist you, I’d like to confirm a few details about your situation:

    1. Could you please confirm that you're using a personal account (such as @yahoo.com or live.com) to sign in?
    2. Have you been able to access SharePoint Online in the D** H** W** tenant before, or is this the first time you're experiencing this issue?
    3. Have you had a chance to contact someone within the D** H** W** organization to request access or permissions?

Your response will help us determine whether this is related to a recent change or update, and guide us toward the most suitable solution for your setup. Please feel free to reply at your convenience. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
