How to force switch account of Microsoft v8 file picker

I know that file picker v8 can only use sharepoint tokens or msal token for personal account, because it is cookie based. But my app uses web application flow and must handle both work and personal account, and I need to find away to trigger the file picker to open sign in pop up even when the cookies exist.
When there is no cookie, the graph access token can work because the file picker will handle the sign in flow itself, but if the access token and the cookies do not match, the file picker is stuck at
'please try again or refresh the page. PrefetchFailure...', only when clearing live.com cache can the file picker work again.
So is there away I can trigger the file picker to change the cookie?
