Your pay-as-you-go subscription being frozen due to inactivity. This occurs when a subscription hasn't been used for over a year. Unfortunately, it looks like you'll need to reach out to Azure support to get it unblocked.
Here's what you can do:
Contact Azure Support: Since your subscription is frozen, the best course of action is to create a support request. You can do this via the Azure portal by navigating to “Help + Support” and selecting "New support request." This will allow you to submit your case directly.
Check Your Subscription Details: Ensure that your account has the correct permissions and that it's the right subscription type for the action you want to take.
Payment and Account Status: Make sure that there are no outstanding payments on your account or any issues with your payment methods.
If you're having trouble finding support options in the Azure portal, please follow up with me so I can guide you on how to create a support request.
