How to add pictures to OneNote Sticky Notes

1. Use Screen Clipping (Windows Shortcut):

This is the most reliable method across all OneNote versions:

• Press Windows + Shift + S to activate the screen clipping tool.
• Select the area of the screen you want to capture.
• The image is copied to your clipboard.
• Go to your Sticky Note and press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.

This method works even if direct image insertion is not supported in your Sticky Notes version.

2. Using Sticky Notes Inside OneNote

• Use a regular OneNote page to document your discussion items and insert screenshots:
  • Go to Insert > Pictures > This Device or Camera
  • Paste or drag your screenshot into the page.
• Create a Sticky Note-style section in OneNote using tables and formatting, then add images freely.
