Hello Moncef,
Thank you for posting this issue on community forum.
First, contact your IT admin. They usually have options to reset your MFA settings—this step is critical, since Okta manages your SSO. But since you have already looped the IT team with your issue you can try a few other things in the meantime.
To recover or re-link Microsoft Authenticator. Log in to your Microsoft account directly on a computer (via account.microsoft.com)
If you need help signing in to your Microsoft account, you can refer to this link for help
Once you are logged in to your Microsoft account go to Security > Advanced Security Options. If your old device is no longer linked, select "Sign in a different way" and use backup methods like SMS or email. Once logged in, find the Authenticator section and choose to set it up again. You'll get the QR code to scan on your new iPhone. If you're still stuck and your account settings are locked by your workplace, you’ll need to escalate with your Salesforce IT team. They might have to manually update your authentication settings for Okta and Authenticator. Let me know how it goes! Appreciate your understanding and patience.Sincerely,Walter White | Microsoft Community Moderator
