All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Main account (head member) is totally fine.
All the other 5 subscription members are logged out and can not access their apps. When they try to login, they are in an endless loop.
This is causing us quite a lot of trouble! I hope it gets fixed quickly.
