Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Same clown-show here, no doubt due to their stealth attempt at making us pay more for their useless co-pilot add-on.
When I heard about the co-pilot 'upgrade' the advice on the net was to cancel your subscription before it renewed and switch back to the normal family subscription. Obviously lots of us did this.
Suddenly, after my regular £79.99 subscription had renewed for 2025, my wife and son's accounts had been kicked off my family plan, suddenly leaving them with 5Gb of cloud storage. 2 other accounts weren't affected though. What had my wife and son done to offend the Gods of co-pilot to deserve their abrupt downgrade?
More wasted time thanks to Microsoft's ongoing buggy application programming which to be fair, has provided me with a career change since 1999!!!!
Quick piece of advice to Microsoft execs - if it isn't broke, don't fix it (ha ha) and stop assuming we want products by stealth.
