I want to know how to call MSFT and speak with a human.
Dave, if you can provide me with that magic number, I'll be a happy guy.

The problem is with a family member's account that has shared access to 365. Everything was normal until today. Currently, this family member cannot use the 365 applications that I paid for. And this is causing him a lot of trouble.
I thought this was supposed to be fixed. Still can't sign into dekstop apps.
I signed out of everything, removed records from Credential Manager, restarted machine, tried to log back in to Outlook and I'm getting the same thing as before. Subscription expired, and then its' just a login loop after that.
What's going on with this?
I got the same error.
When I noticed that the paid and valid subscription was not listed into my MS account, I complained (I even informed them that I considered the service provided to be a lousy one).
When I returned, 4 hours later, my account was updated.
First, the folders were turned into web shortcuts in OneDrive. Then I can't share my folders with anyone. Now it's the shared Office subscription that stops working? Could it be that MS wants to end Office 365 and doesn't know how to do it and simply breaks the services as if it were a bug?
