Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    Com certeza teve algum problema com o servidor da Microsoft, estava a utilizar normalmente e quando fui abrir outro documento, inesperadamente surgiu a mensagem de que preciso renovar a assinatura, porém utilizo a assinatura compartilhada do meu pai, e na conta dele a subscrição está ativa e a renovação não é agora, somente fim do ano,

    We are also having the same issue. Microsoft should reimburse its customers for lost productivity.

    Same issue here - wasted hours this morning trying to resolve it but no success! This affects 4 family members!
