All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Update: my Family Subscription now appears fine in my account, but when trying to open Word (or any app) it says it is being updated. I guess they were updating the system. If someone knows more, please hit me up!

I am experiencing the same thing. I have verified that my subscription is shared with my family. Looks like it's a large issue. @Microsoft what's going on?

I was facing the same issue but it seems that it has been resolved. I closed my apps (Word/Excel/etc) and reopened them. And it was automatically resolved. No deactivated license, no issue at all. All as usual.

I'm back on track now folks - that only wasted 5 hours of my work day today! How about we all ask for some cashback for the inconvenience??? The least you could have done @MS is email your customers first thing - I spent 5 hours trying to resolve this with IT support - at extra cost to the charity I work for. A simple email this morning would have saved at least the time trying to resolve it!
