All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Odd though, that it seems to now be running an older version of outlook? BUT it works for them until Microsoft fix the issue - I'll worry about the version once it's been fixed! At least they can all work again!

I know this is not ideal, but a workaround, whilst waiting for this to be resolved, is to use the online version of the apps. That is if you are using OneDrive to sync your files.
