All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Same with me, subscriptions got cancelled and then

I have a valid Microsoft 365 Family subscription. I invited a user who has a valid Microsoft account, but when they try to accept the invite, they get the error: 'We can't find your subscription.' We've tried clearing cache, using direct links, different browsers, removing/reinviting — nothing works
