Quick workaround is to restore the license using the main family account.
In Word/Excel/etc, Click File, Microsoft account, Restore Account, Change (to sign in as someone else), sign in as main user. When the account opens, click the restore license.
That does mean your copy is licensed to your main family member, but if you are desperate, it is a work around.

My account is fine, but family member shows as "cancelled".
Please fix ASAP!
Same issue here. We have a family account. My PC says my Office account has expired. My wife's PC, on the other hand, "holds" the subscription. Office works for her, and her Microsoft account shows her PC and a third PC of ours as being active. For whatever reason, my PC has vanished from the list.
