Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    I have shared the subscription with my family member & in the family members page it says as subscription expired can you please help as my subscription ends in November 2025

    The same issue here in the Czech Republic.

    My wife’s Microsoft 365 subscription was suddenly deactivated. I tried removing and re-adding her account several times, but always got the same error, last one with trace ID: gvGqe9CONU28DBx0.35.189

    Unfortunately, the trace ID is useless, as Microsoft no longer provides traditional customer support.

    Our only hope seems to be that someone from Microsoft is monitoring this Community thread and will react once the issue gets enough traction (hundreds? thousands of users?).

    Current status: We're reviewing service telemetry and recent changes within the service to isolate the source of the issue.
