All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

I've got the same issue. Restarted my computer at about 12:00pm GMT+1, and suddenly all Office 365 apps saying I need to renew. The settings app on my laptop still shows me as signed in to the family subscription / managed by the person who owns it, yet I can't use any of the apps.

We're having the same problem! Our Microsoft 365 subscription is current and valid. Just a few hours ago the shared Microsoft 365 suite of applications was working just fine for all members. Not now. We've unshared and reshared, but are already sharing. Microsoft, please help.
