Microsoft family sharing subscription suddenly cancelled

All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Hi. Is there any update on this issue? I am still having this problem with my Microsoft 365 Family subscription. My family member cannot use MS Word on their computer. Urgent help needed please.

I am yet another person suffering the same problem. 365 account stopped working then started again next day (loss of 1 day productivity). Now it has switched to the 3 month trial license so I have lost access to One Cloud, putting me at risk of losing data.

Clearly and MS issue. Extremely poor and rubbish customer service

the subscription shows again if you log in as family member on microsoft.com. But the password is not recognised if you use it to activate the ms365 outlook application. Other applications working again.

First, the folders were turned into web shortcuts in OneDrive. Then I can't share my folders with anyone. Now it's the shared Office subscription that stops working? Could it be that MS wants to end Office 365 and doesn't know how to do it and simply breaks the services as if it were a bug?
