It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    Yes, it seems so.

    Thanks for the suggestion! The subscription is not gone but my family member cannot use it.

    I have complained to Microsoft. Let's see how long that takes.

    WORKAROUND for family members not getting 1Tb but 5Gb after the other days issue.

    Found an old forum with the OneDrive issue. I had NOT auto reoccurring payment option on. After clicking that to auto renew it must've resynced my account and family members now got their 1Tb. Also got 1 month more office doing so.

    This is ridiculous Microsoft. After the other days issue. Now office is restored BUT onedrive shows 5Gb storage and not 1TB on family members. She is running her business and having most information on onedrive. Can others please see if they also having same issues after so called "fixed and working".

    And no communication from Microsoft. So so bad from such a big company not to inform end customer and have to go to a forum.

    With this Windows update, Microsoft remains like an ostrich: head buried, sees nothing, nothing happens, but everyone sees what is happening, except them. MS released something very bad (disappearance with Office and 365 subscriptions and forced an entire resync of Onde Drive).

    I suggest you do what I did:

    • Login into your account;
    • If subscriptions were gone;
    • Complained to Microsoft from the account itself and through all available chanels;
    • 4:00 later everything should be returned.
