All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Same here - everything seems fine with the subscription but account holder can't reshare link with me
I'm having the same issue. I shared the subscription with a family member, but their device doesn't show on my list and when she tries to accept a new invitation, she only gets a Family Safety screen that says something went wrong. This has nothing to do with Family Safety. She has been using the 365 applications. I renewed the subscription in August. She's getting an expired message, but nothing has expired and I can't get her back into my shared subscription.
Clearly this is a bug from the recent update. Fix it, Microsoft!
I am having the same issue. My sharing subscription expired suddenly today April 10 2025.

I was in the middle of a Excel sheet I was working on and received the cancelation message. I could not finish my work. I hope this get fixed fast so I can complete my work.
