All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Contacted support and until the issue is fixed, the work around is for the invited family members sign out then sign in with the main user id. You can do this under File - Account in one of the apps, such as Outlook. Then switch account to the one you normally use (sub account). He said to keep the Service Status page up, and when the problem is fixed, sign out of the main account and you should automatically be switched back to your sub account.

Same issue, even tried removing from Family group and re-adding. Tried uninstalling the Office 365 apps and redownloading. Does not work. Can't redownload the Office 365 apps, even though the Family Organizer has an active subscription because we need Premium to download them. Family organizer's and other family members Office 365 subscriptions are all working. Please Help.

Same thing happened here. Family 365 member's subscription dropped out. Onedrive still thinks it has the Family 365 subscription with 1TB, but Word, Excel etc dropped out and cannot save and print. Tried removing the family member, adding them again. Sharing the subscription, but when the email comes for them to accept it doesn't work. If I manually create a link and and send it to them, cannot accept. If I manually try to send them an email from my Microsoft Account page, they don't receive it.

    Microsoft needs to fix this.
