All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Two hours banging my head against a wall. In fairness, this is the first time in the many years I've been sharing this that there's been an issue but Microsoft really needs to find a way to notify subscribers of issues like this.
I have a deadline to meet and cannot get Word to work. What do I do to use Word while a programmer looks into the Microsoft 365 family plan disconnection?
My wife has the same issue, and is unable to work as a result.
