All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

My wife is having the same issue. She is on my shared MS 365 account and suddenly is getting account cancelled message when trying to open Excel. Microsoft needs to get it's act together!
Same issue here - all of the shared accounts come up as cancelled.
I have tried to contact Microsoft. The answer I got Microsoft Office in Australia is closed please call back during office hours.
My husband has a dateline to complete his PowerPoint presentation
Same here, Australia. Wifes account stopped working. Active account. She is trying to get some work done tonight.
