All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

Same thing for me and I cannot use Word or Excel either.

Same issue. Signed in today and says my subscription is expired but I am on a family plan that is active.

Saw somewhere that online worked for them, just the app that doesn't atm. Go to office.com
