All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

    Same here.

My account is fine, but family member shows as "cancelled".

    Please fix ASAP!

That does mean your copy is licensed to your main family member, but if you are desperate, it is a work around.

Quick workaround is to restore the license using the main family account.
In Word/Excel/etc, Click File, Microsoft account, Restore Account, Change (to sign in as someone else), sign in as main user. When the account opens, click the restore license.

Same here! Main account works fine, the sharing subscription in a endless loop.

Experiencing the same issue. Desktop Apps will not pick up subscription on accounts that have been shared.

It seems there is much bigger issues going on with Microsoft.
