All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

we have the same problem. started after a windows update last night.
Has there been a fix for this issue yet? I got to work today and all my 365 Products subscriptions say cancelled. I guess with Microsoft turning 50 it forgot a few things with old age
Apparently there is a huge issue only with the family subscriptions. Check this page: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus it was recently updated.
