All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

User impact: Users with Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.
Current status: We’ve identified a recent change which is causing impact and we're currently reverting the change to remediate the issue.

My wife has the same issue, and is unable to work as a result.
